1. Precision BPT Management

Since UV degradation is exponentially accelerated by heat, our Solaris-Sync™ chambers use a Black Panel Thermometer (BPT) to measure the actual heat absorbed by your samples, not just the air temperature. This ensures your data is 100% repeatable across different lab environments.

2. Full-Cycle Environment Simulation
  • UV Exposure Phase: High-output fluorescent lamps simulate the critical short-wave UV energy that causes physical damage (cracking, chalking, and fading).

  • Condensation Phase: A heated water reservoir creates a high-humidity environment, allowing moisture to penetrate the material surface to simulate overnight oxidation.
