1. High-Stability Thermal Loop

Reflecting TOPIL’s 22-year legacy, the Vulcan-G™ uses a high-current transformer system to heat the glow wire. This provides a rapid ramp-up time and maintains the target temperature with a tolerance of less than —critical for repeatable GWIT testing.

2. Digital Depth Monitoring

Manual observation of penetration can be subjective. Our tester features a high-resolution displacement sensor that accurately measures and limits the penetration depth to , automatically retracting the specimen after the pre-set 30-second exposure.
